Where do you ship from?
We ship out all orders from our headquarters in Italy (in the EU) and always provide tracking information.

Italy & Europe
Delivery takes 2–3 business days from the time the courier picks up the parcel.

United States & Rest of the World
Delivery usually takes around 3–5 business days, depending on the destination.

Couriers
We work with selected logistics partners based on the destination.
Our main couriers are UPS, FEDEX, DHL and BRT.

All Gravithin watches are covered by a two-year international warranty, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability.

The warranty covers the movement as well as any manufacturing or assembly defects. It does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care.

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date, in the same-as-new condition, are eligible for a full refund or store credit.
