Trial Period
The buyer has the right to a trial period of 14 days after receiving the product. During this period the buyer must carefully handle the product and keep the original packaging undamaged.
Returns
The buyer has the right to revoke their agreement within 14 days from the product arrival date and to return it.
In case of a damaged product, the buyer shall return it within 14 days after informing us at [email protected]
Refunds
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify the buyer that we have received the item. We will also notify them on the status of the refund after inspecting the goods.
The buyer will receive the refund on their credit card (or original method of payment) after a certain amount of days, depending on their card issuer’s policies.
Costs and liability on return
Shipment costs for a return within the 14 day trial shall be met by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for the preparation and shipping of the item.
