ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed during the week (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 24h upon confirmation of payment.
An email with the tracking code will be sent as soon as the parcel is shipped.
NATIONAL DELIVERIES
It is free for all domestic orders and takes about 2-3 business days from the time the courier picks up the parcel.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Free for all international customers.
The deliveries the time depends on our logistics partners and their affiliates. It is usually 3-5 days.
COURIERS
We use various courier partners based on where our watches need to be shipped.
The major couriers we work with on a daily basis are:
- UPS, FEDEX, DHL and BRT.
DUTIES & TAXES
Italy & UE Customers
For the customers in the European Union, duties and taxes are included in the total price of the order.
United States
Import duties or taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges typically range between 8% and 15% of the order value. While Gravithin does not cover customs fees or taxes set by local authorities, we want to reassure you that these costs are generally moderate and follow standard import regulations.
Rest of the World Customers
For customers from other countries, the price is VAT excluded and it does not include import duties, taxes, and other government charges (where applicable).
